Hello! We are Joe and Amie, creators of White Horse Wedding Films. A husband and wife team, based in beautiful North Yorkshire. The name White Horse Wedding Films is inspired by the iconic Yorkshire landmark - the White Horse of Kilburn, which we are fortunate enough to live nearby.
We specialise in candid, authentic and natural films. Carefully capturing all the special moments as they unfold throughout your big day. We provide a friendly, relaxed experience throughout your wedding day, you won't even know we are there! We understand just how important your big day is and strive to capture every magical moment for you to look back on and cherish forever.

Hey, I’m Joe!
I’ve been photographing and filming weddings for the past 10 years and have had the privilege of capturing those special moments in time for so many amazing couples on their big day. I really enjoy getting to know the couple and telling a story of the day that so much love and thought has gone in to planning. I love capturing the small details and cinematic shots which really show everything in it's best light.

My passion for photography began with my joint love of nature when I started snapping landscape images on family holidays in the Lake District and of course, walks in Gods own county, Yorkshire! Hello, I'm Amie, Joe's wife, second shooter and editor! I also work part time as a florist and love all things wedding related.
Me and Joe have been together from the age of 12, practically growing up together, this is why we work so well as a team. We got married in 2019 which gave me a real appreciation of just how much time and thought goes in to planning a wedding

Through being Joe's second shooter I have been to many different wedding venues, from traditional churches to the rustic barns, all as special as the last and I always tear up! I love being the second shooter because it gives me a chance to capture the extra moments the brides and grooms may miss.
My favourite thing about shooting a wedding is spending time with genuinely happy people and being able to create films that they can look back on forever.
